Sealing
Now that your tile and grout are sparkling like new, it’s important to keep them looking pristine long after we’ve finished. We know this is a crucial part of the process, which is why we include it at no extra cost with every cleaning! Our penetrating sealer provides unmatched protection for both your tile and grout without altering the look, feel, or finish of your floors.
With its fast-drying properties, your bathrooms, kitchens, and other living areas will be ready to use within just 45 minutes to an hour after we’re done! Our sealer is safe for all surfaces and isn’t a topical coating like wax that can peel over time. Instead, it creates a deep, lasting barrier of protection that stands up to whatever life decides to bring your way.
Maintaining your clean and sealed floor
Now that your floors have been professionally cleaned and sealed, maintaining them has never been easier. The maintenance cleaning process can be broken down into 4 easy steps.
- Dry sweep, vacuum, or use a microfiber dust mop to remove any loose debris and dry soil on your floors.
- Fill a clean spray bottle with a neutral ph floor cleaner and properly dilute it according to the label.
- Spray the solution from your spray bottle on the floor. *make sure to work in small sections at a time.
- Absorb the solution and suspended soil with a microfiber mop and plenty of microfiber mop pads. *repeat step 3-4 if needed.
This process should be done done once every 1-2 weeks to keep your floors looking like new. Make sure to change out your microfiber mop pads frequently (one pad per room) to ensure a clean floor. Once you’re done, you can easily machine wash your microfiber mop pads on a low heat and tumble dry setting.
