When you’ve been in business for over 30 years, you’ve seen a lot. The place we call “home” varies widely in all shapes and sizes. For that reason, prices vary and are primarily determined by three factors.

3. Condition

   Some important information to tell us when receiving a quote is (for example) how many areas of carpet do you need cleaned? How big is the sofa you wanted us to clean and what condition is it in? What is the rough square footage of the entire house? The more details we have, the more accurate quote we can give you. We pride ourselves on giving accurate quotes over the phone, which means you know what to expect upfront when its time to clean.

Carpet Cleaning

   Our carpet cleaning clients can typically expect to pay between $200-$400 for a regular sized single-family home standard cleanings. Non-standard cleanings that include adding pet-treatment for severe pet staining/ odors, adding carpet protection, and larger homes with larger rooms can increase this expected amount. 

Upholstery Cleaning

   Our upholstery cleaning clients can expect to pay anywhere from $200-$400 range. For example, any small amount of upholstery cleaning would fall under our $200 minimum charge and a large sectional sofa would cost closer to $400. 

Tile/Stone Cleaning & Sealing

   Our clients that have their tile and grout or stone cleaned & sealed can expect to pay about $1.25-$2.50 per square foot. The cleanest of floors would be closer to $1.25 per square foot and more neglected floors could be as high as $2.50 per square foot. Most “first-time” tile cleanings tend to lean on the more neglected side since its common for tiled areas to never have had a professional cleaning before or its been several years since the last cleaning. With most homes having at least 500 square feet of tile or stone, it presents an average cost of between $625-$1,250 based on the size and condition. Our Minimum Charge

   “But I only have one or a couple areas I need done, what should I expect?”

   We have a minimum charge for minimal areas or items of $200.
